Are you an adult with advanced lung disease?

This study will examine how adults with advanced lung disease respond to the way six-minute walk tests are administered and whether behavior and different instructions influence test results. Are you or your child eligible for future studies of inflammatory or immune-mediated diseases?

This study will screen adults and children over the age of two to see whether they are eligible to participate in future studies of inflammatory or immune-mediated diseases. Visit Screening Protocol for Subjects Being Evaluated for Center for Human Immunology, Autoimmunity, and Inflammatory Diseases (CHI) Protocols for more information and to learn how to participate in this study.

Are you or your child interested in providing healthy volunteer samples?

This study will collect tissue samples of healthy adults and children over the age of eight. These samples will allow investigators to define health across the lifespan and will be part of a control group in future studies of inflammatory or immune-mediated diseases. Visit Collection of Blood, Bone Marrow, and Buccal Mucosa Samples From Healthy Volunteers for Center for Human Immunology, Autoimmunity, and Inflammatory Diseases (CHI) Laboratory Research Studies for more information and to learn how to participate in this study.

Do inflammatory or immune-mediated diseases run in your family?

This study will collect tissue samples from family members over the age of two who have inflammatory or immune-mediated diseases. These samples will help investigators understand how genetic variation in the immune system contributes to these conditions. Visit Collection of Blood, Bone Marrow, Leukapheresis, and Tissue Biopsy Samples From Patients and Their Family Members for Center for Human Immunology, Autoimmunity, and Inflammatory Diseases Laboratory Research Studies for more information and to learn how to participate in this study.
