Whether painful or silent, undiagnosed peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is too dangerous to ignore. That's why NIH's National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) recently started a campaign to tell more people about the disorder, joining with 40 other organizations across the U.S. to raise awareness about PAD.
