Have you invested a lot into setting up and running your heart health program?

Toolkit Tip

Sustainability means keeping a program going, even when the money with which you started it runs out. It also means that you can keep helping people and their families to be as healthy as possible!

Most likely, yes. You will also have received support from your organization, the community, and maybe funders. Because of this, make sure that you can keep it going, or sustain it.

Many people assume that funding is the only thing that matters to sustainability. But it takes more than money to keep a program going and focused on what it set out to do.
